This position will have matrixed reporting into both the VP of GlobalHRbased in Redwood Shores CA and the SVP of India Operations.

Partnering with business leaders globally to drive People Strategy and organization agenda Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development ofHR Aligning your work, initiatives, programs, and projects to business drivers and strategy influencing cultural evolution through talent acquisition, rewards systems, employee engagement, leadership development, talent diversity, and creating an inclusive environment Serve as a key member of the leadership team to assist in driving business results Ensure strategic clarity for managers and employees; work closely with domestic and internationalHRteam to execute Provide coaching to business leaders and work to improve effectiveness of leadership teams Lead end-to-end implementation and execution of coreHRprograms and initiatives; provide business-specific feedback to the VP of GlobalHRfor design and delivery improvement of programs Partner with and coach business leadership teams to facilitate organization and culture change; act as a catalyst for building organizational effectiveness within the business Educate business onHRtrends that affect the business; ensure business sponsorship forHRinitiatives Create a vision and goals for aHRteam and inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence in terms of customer support and coreHRprocesses Successfully monitor the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement Responsible for organizational planning, performance management and identifying training development work to ensure that Global Human Resource strategies are successfully implemented Contribute to the development of Global Human Resource strategies Establish and maintainHRpolicies and procedures which will add both operational and strategic value Manage and oversee employee relations issues for the India region Help enable the business to attract, retain and develop top talent to achieve business results and scale the company Maintain Zymes strong workforce diversity through thoughtful and high impact leadership coaching and programs Contribute to the development of the annualHRplan for the organization
Required Skills and Characteristics

10+ years of relevant work experience with exposure across allHRFunctions HRBP experience of working closely with multiple functions and senior business leaders Experience with rapidly changing, global and complex work environment Experience with creating People Strategy, transformation and scaling initiatives in a fast business growth environment Demonstrated excellent skills in the areas of: leadership, business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation and conflict management, and problem solving while working within a matrix organization structure Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs Experience in product development or IT services environments start-up experience a plus Strong and well balanced technical and business skills, and effective and comfortable presenting to leaders across the organization University degree required, MBA or an advanced degree inHR, business or relevant curriculum preferred
