Job Description
    Core Competences:
    Business Development and Proposal Engineering/Tendering. 
    Conceptualize & implement Business development strategies to enhance profitability. Identify new markets, customers and to tap profitable and long term opportunities across
    various verticals.
    Product Management and Distribution Management:
    Interact with end users at various forums and assess market needs and new product requirements. Evolve market segmentation/penetration strategies to achieve desired goal. Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.

    People Management:
    Motivate, mentor, guide and monitor executives/managers to achieve goals.
    Impart training to new recruits and create awareness on product.

    SEGMENT OF CLIENTS HANDLED:
    Government and public sector state irrigation and sewerage bodies.
    State and central roads and building authorities.
    CPWD/PWD and other road Organizations like MPRUD,MSRDC, NHAI etc, J & K development.
    Infrastructure boards like JUDA, HUDA, PUDA, RUIDP, MPRUD etc. 
    Power sector of clients like NTPC, MSEB, POWERGRID, UPRVUNL, REL JSPL etc.
    Fertilizers and petrochemical plants like PARADEEP , IFFCO etc.
    Cross country pipeline jobs.

    JOB FUNCTION:

    Project /Enquiry follow up from conceptual stage.
    PQ/TECHNO-Commercial discussions, Follow-up Prior to tender publishing and after tender publishing.
    Tender offer preparation, Proposal Engineering in Water and Gas, Environment, Infrastructure segment.
    Liaisons with Customers (Government and Non Government).
    Resourcing for Contract Executions.
    Vendor developments. 
    PPC Actitivites for PSC Pipes which were produced under Brand name of SPML.
    ISO-9001 Internal audit and manual updations as per requirment.
    Preliminary and Detailed Surveys.
    Feasibility and Detailed Project reports.
    Strategising / evaluating bids.
    Documentation 
    Finalizing specifications / Terms of Reference.
    Site & Construction Management.
    Pre/ post Contract Management.
    Tendering & Resource Planning.
    Quality Assurance (BS, IS specifications) and Client Interaction.
    Estimation: quantities, unit rates, project costs, cost control, BOQ.
    Administration of construction contracts, billing, progress review.


    Key Qualifications
    Project Preparation Assistance.
    Assisting in Procurement of Consultancy Services for Infrastructure Projects.
    Project Management of Civil works related to Infrastructure Projects.
    Co-coordinating and managing elements of projects from instruction through to completion.
    Liasioning with multidisciplinary design teams, specialists, site managers and other third parties.
    Achieving programme delivery to ensure the projects are completed within time and budget 
    Constraints.Producing status reports for work area for discussion at progress review meetings with Clients, Contractors and other parties.
    Undertaking estimating, cost reporting, calculating Variation in Quantities & finalizing Rates and Verifying visciation in Contract. 
    nvolving in the tendering process for new work.
