Business Development (Sales& Marketing) Managing marketing operations for achieving increased growth and top-line profitability; establishing global linkages and initiating market development efforts. Identifying and developing potential clients in the targeted markets/industries and sectors ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing delivery and setting quality norms. Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuningsalesand marketing strategies. Distribution Management Identifying/networking with financially strong dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Evaluating performance & monitoring distributorsalesand marketing activities. Monitoring dealersalesand marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximizesales. Planning for organizing & conducting training & development programs for dealers / dealers manpower. Customer Relationship Management identifying client requirements & specifications, obtaining approval for production sample and conduct price negotiations to firm up the orders. Interacting with the buyers (client) & keeping them informed on the status of running orders. Liaising between buyers and manufacturers for facilitating smooth order execution and handling the entire business cycle from quotation to closing the sale. Product Development managing the overall operations for the improvement in the existing products based on market trends and requirements. Providing sound inputs & support to the team from conception to completion stage of the product.
Candidate should have good clean past record. Candidate should be result oriented. Hands on working and doing active foot work in the market with theSalesTeam on Delhi/NCR level. Physically fit to work in the market
